Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 days , except for BACKORDER items.

NANARARA provides the option of Separate Shipment Services. You may choose to have your order, whether INSTOCK or BACKORDER items, shipped together or in separate shipments.

Upon dispatch of the order, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking details. Please be aware that during busy periods, promotional events, or sales, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

The time frames provided for shipping are in addition to the processing times. We are unable to ensure that parcels will arrive within the expected time frame, as estimated delivery dates serve merely as guidelines and couriers may occasionally encounter delays.

Additional fees will be incurred for re-delivery in the case of unsuccessful delivery attempts or any bounced parcels. The re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer, or by NANARARA if the error was on our part. Please note that any unclaimed bounced parcels will be forfeited after one months, and no compensation will be offered.
